10 - Record to History

For each selected record, a SalesLogix a new History is created with a Type of "Document". The pdf Proof is also attached to the contact record if the option was selected.  Here's a sample pdf proof.

For each recipient in the mailing list, a follow up activity is added in SalesLogix. This is optional.
