1 Select Contacts

Start RemarkableMail from the SalesLogix Write menu. On the Merge Options tab, you have three choices.

• Current Contact
• Current Group
• Select a specific Group

You are also given the opportunity to select three additional fields from the SalesLogix Contact record for using in the text message. Visit our Help section to see more about this feature called "Message Merge".

RemarkableMail also allows you to choose if you want a history record recorded and how. In addition, you can also have RemarkableMail automatically set up a follow up activity.

RemarkableMail also provides the ability to choose which address type you want to use -- primary, shipping, or other.

After RemarkableMail connects to its web service, select the My Account link and login using your e-maill address and password. If this your first time using RemarkableMail, then select the Sign Up button. If you've forgotten your password, select the Forgot Passwork link and your password will be e-mailed to you.
