How do I open my direct mail account?

Once you’ve installed RemarkableMail, choose the My Account link and select Sign Up. Enter the prompted account information. Once you've established your account, you are ready to purchase additional postcard credits and send postcards.

What is the cost of your email and direct mail add-on product?

Licenses for RemarkableMail for ACT! and RemarkableMail for Outlook are priced at $49.95 per user. Once purchased, upgrades to RemarkableMail are provided at no additional charge. You can install individual-licensed RemarkableMail products on multiple machines as long as you are the primary user of those machines.

Licenses for RemarkableMail for SalesLogix are priced at $295 per system with unlimited users. Upgrades to RemarkableMail are provided at no additional charge. Server- licensed RemarkableMail products can only be installed on a single server.

What versions of ACT! does your direct mail add-on support?

RemarkableMail is compatible with ACT! v5, ACT! v6, ACT! 2005, ACT!2006, ACT!2007, and ACT! Premium for Real Estate 2006.

What versions of Outlook does your direct mail direct mail add-on support?

RemarkableMail is compatible with Outlook XP (2002) and Outlook 2003.

What versions of SalesLogix does your direct mail direct mail add-on support?

RemarkableMail is compatible with SalesLogix 6.2.3 and SalesLogix 7.0+.

With our RemarkableMail plug-in you can create three different sizes.

  • 5.5" x 8.5"
  • 5.5" x 11.5"
  • Other sizes are available as custom orders
