10 - Record to History

Select or unselect any contact records for recording an ACT! history record. Select the Finish button to return to ACT!.

For each selected record, a new History record is created in ACT! with a Result of "Letter Sent". It also has the pdf proof as an attachment.  Here's a sample pdf proof.
